本課程的教學理念: 藉由參與基隆在地活動, 推廣英語服務, 達到能以英文服務外國客戶之目標, 將英語融入基隆在地生活, 上課內容取材於日常生活, 同時培養學員正確英文語法的概念，無形中強化學員英語造句的能力, 提高用英文會話與寫作的能力。
預期學習成果：每位學員皆可孰悉英語基本句型，進而運用自如, 以英文介紹基隆在地生活。
課程目標

配合台灣推行雙語政策，強化學員對英文語法的認知與孰悉度，進而能熟練運用，將英語活化在基隆在地生活中。
